Group series class:
(Cost per couple: $250 – 4 evenings, 2.5 hours each)

This class provides the benefits of group learning within a small group setting. Classes consist of no more than 6 couples to allow for ample time for questions and practice. A reunion class, after all the participants have given birth, is included with this series at no additional cost.  Reasons why you might choose this class include:

• Series classes allow you to spread your learning over 4 weeks so that you have time to

understand and consolidate the new information at a slower pace and return with questions you may have.

• Group questioning and discussion often gives way to enhanced learning by bringing forward

ideas that individuals may not have thought of on their own.

• Group learning allows for the use of more interactive teaching techniques.
• Many people do not have family close by or have a limited support network. New parenting

brings many challenges and happiness, having a support network and people who are going through the same experiences as you may be a huge help. Connections made during pregnancy may create lasting friendships for postpartum and your parenting years.
