Samara Birth Services offers thorough and comprehensive classes
All of our classes include information about pregnancy, birth, newborn care, breastfeeding, and the postpartum period. We focus on birth as a normal process; however, we also discuss when things do not go according to plan and how to make informed decisions along the way. Lastly, we spend a considerable amount of time discussing what happens after you have the baby and adjusting to your baby’s needs as well as your new needs as this will be a huge life change for you. Regardless which class you choose, you will experience professional education using a wide variety of teaching methods including discussion, images, videos, demonstration and of course lots of hands on practice. Our confidential online registration form will ask questions about you, your partner, and your pregnancy. This form will provide the educator information necessary to create a prenatal class that best suits your, or the group’s, needs. Your feedback is essential to creating a meaningful and educational class for you.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours. Payment is required to secure your registration. We accept cheque, cash or email transfer.

This was definitely a necessary step before my delivery and I recommend it to any mother (new or repeat) to be better informed. The learning process was even more enhanced because of the expertise, knowledge and experience of an instructor who is not only a nurse but a recent mother as well.
